These craft workshops aimed to re-generate an area suffering the effects of industrial decline by creating a dialogue with the rich materiality of the surrounding industrial buildings. Conceived as a hub for the myriad of independent local crafts professionals the scheme seeks to take advantage of a sloping riverside site.
